I'm not sure how old you are, however, I do know that your parents are just trying to keep you safe. This may not be what you want to hear but instead of hiding what you have done maybe you should go to them and confess. Sex sites can be very addictive and cause you more harm than fun. As for your question. I have reason to believe that if they have enough computer knowledge they can still retrieve the information you are trying to hide.

If you want to clear all evidence, you will need to do more than just clear the internet history. You need to clear the internet cache and cookies.

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options. On the first tab, click "Clear History", "Delete Files" and "Delete Cookies".

Voila! Your tracks are cleared.
