Does it ruin a car if you been accidently been moving the car from stop from 3rd gear for a week?

No it will not. It may decrease the life of your clutch a bit, and this is pretty much it.
How come you did not notice you are starting in third? This is quite a difference LOL

no it wont hurt your car0you are using just a lot o gas
