I don't think they will fall in love, but I do think they will become friends and I think Alex will do everything he can to help her find her identity.
I think his relationship with her is showing a kinder side of him than what we have seen in the past and it is showing his growth as a person. We have also seen his personality change and grow with Izzy and with Addison.

It is a definite possibility but not until he is through with Addison and the baby is delivered and the father is discovered and he has to deal with that problem. I am thinking the father was an abusive lover and that Jane was running away from him which is why she was not wearing a wedding ring when she was found near the ferry. For all we know she is the reason the ferry crashed. Her lover may have been after her.

I think there are feelings there, but I also believe that if there is a man out there somewhere looking for the Jane Doe that Alex will not stand in the way. I just love this show!

Who knows? Alex does seem to care for her though so maybe something will happen. I was thinking more like he'd be a part of her baby's life and a friend to her.
What is up with Izzy? Why is she trying to break up Callie and George?

Yes, he's already falling in love and according to the actress who plays "Jane Doe," she's gonna be on the show for awhile. But something will happen with him and Addison eventually.

I think no and yes. The reason no is because I think alex is just trying to be friends. I think yes is because he hangs out w/ her alot!!!! I hope they do! When the girl gets the makeover I think theyll make a cute couple!

I believe it's headed in that direction. I also think that just as they fall in love, someone dude will show up and be her husband or the baby's father and ruin their relationship.

I saw the episode last year that aired after the superbowl, the episode that had the guy with the bomb inside him, and realized that i could never watch this show and feel like i've missed nothing.
