only two reasons I would consider murdering someone... and if either of those reason were to ever occur..it would not make a flip whether I got away with it or not..

If my life were in danger with the possible threat of dying myself by the hands of a killer,or some pyshco maniac was indeed on a mission to make me his next victim and my only chance of survival was to take this person's life or lose my own.Yes indeed he or she would be sorry they came across this little damsel they thought to be in a vulnerable state of distress I would go for the kill and have no qualms about it.I would fight for my life,with the intent of taking them out,well almost out..... I would like to bring them a bologna sandwich from time to time on visiting day in their incarcerated padded cell that they share with their new life partner Bubba, who chants and groans all day "who's your daddy"?"" now come over and rub the corns on my feet B*atch....and pick that soap up, and rub it on my callused open sores ",before I make you play hide and seek again with my dying manhood,...tonite when the lights go 0ut, and the guards aren't looking??I would much rather give this person"life" like this,then let him off the hook completely by denying him of his so deserved fulfillment of a life well lived.

Nah.
I'd rather torture them and make their lives so damn miserable that they commit suicide.
Lot more satisfaction than a blow to the head in my case.
