It seems as if you have no other deficit or complaint, that is, you are otherwise speaking and feeling fine, correct? No hypertension history, diabetes? At any rate, no way to "diagnose" this via computer, but I'd put my nickle on a sprain/strain/aggravated nerve type problem. If it continues or worsens, obviously see the Doc.

Same thing happened to my on my wedding day... many many years ago...
crappy shoes that squished my toes and i lost feeling in them for about a month. It came back. Nerve issues is my guess and those take a long time to heal but naturally if it concerns you go see the doc.
