I'm watching the Hornets vs. Lakers game, and the comentators of NBA tv keep making sarcastic jokes about Kobe's game. I don't appreciate this guys making stupid jokes about Kobe, and this guys have a dream job wich in my opinion they don't derserve. They have to keep their work ethic no matter how jealous they're of Kobe. If I wanna listen to somebody being sarcastic then I'd go to talk to Kobe haters, but if I'm watching an NBA game and I'm paying for the dawm NBA TV services I wanna listen to more prepared people.

I agree commentators need to be more professional and do there job. But the reason why so many people dislike Kobe is because he has the ability to make his team better although they may not be as talented as he is. Everyone wants Kobe to be like the Nash of teh Pheonix Suns or the McGrady of the Rockets. I know that he doesn't have a Yao, but Odom is still a very good player, and Bynum is developing into a solid center. People have seen a glimpse of that kind of Kobe during the Pheonix-Laker's series, but Kobe needs to develop that role more instead of carrying the offensive workload day in and day out.

there are a few commentators out there who u can tell either love or hate certain players. former abc/nba analyst kevin frasier (who now works for entertainment tonight i believe) used to be the biggest laker nut hugger there ever was...especially when they acquired payton and malone to go with shaq and kobe. steve kerr...well u know he's gonna support the spurs or the bulls (the 2 organizations he coattailed for titles)
the point? its really tuff for most commentators or analysts to to be impartial and call the game down the middle without any personal opinions about a player or team coming out. the only way to stop these commentators from doing this is for ur player (or team) to keep winning and to shut them the hell up. that tends to do the job..
