it wasnt the food but the chemicals in the wheat that chemical is not banned in china. What i dont understand is why we buy wheat from china the US is full of wheat, corn, rice etc. goes to show you that the US gvnmt won't even support our own farmers. we cut their prices down buy buying wheat from china. Boy Canada is looking better every day that Bush is in power.

The contamination most likely arose out of improper washing of the grain that the supplier of Menu Foods Inc supplied the company with. I doubt that that contamination will extend to human food if proper sanitary procedures are followed.

No. The FDA and other agencies have very strict guidelines and a system of checks and balances that ensures the safety of human food. There is no such scruitiny in place for dog food. Not yet.
