Is 7th Heaven or One Tree Hill Coming back?

What happened to OTH and 7th Heaven I was getting really into it and now they're just showing reruns and the Pussycat Dolls twice a week. Was there a season finale and I missed it because I think I would remember. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

One Tree Hill should be back on March 28th. 7th Heaven is still repeats and will hopefully start back soon so we can finish watching the season or series finale what ever they decide.

I did see a date for 7th Heaven's return it is April 8th.
