Energy in physical science,a term which may be defined as accumulated mechanical work, which, however may be only partially available for use.All kinds of energy are ultimately measured in terms of work.Taking the centimeter, gram and second as our fundamental units of length, weight and time.In the latitude of Paris the dyne is equal to the weight of about 1 / 981 of a gram.Energy is commonly defined as the capacity to do work.A foot-pound is equal to 1.356 x 10^7 ergs - a unit of measuring weight . Potential energy is a kind of energy that means energry at rest. Kinetic energy is moving energy and let a force of F dynes act upon a body initially at rest and having a mass if m grams. If v is the velocity acquired by the mass in t seconds under the action of the force,F is defined as mv / t. In displacing the body through d centimeters . "the product Fd is therefore 1/2mv^2. T= kinetic energy = m sub 0 x c^2 x 1 - v^2/c^2 raised to the - 1/2 power - 1 is the formula for the speed of light c. An interesting fact emerges if the last formula is written in the form m=m sub 0 + T/c^2 for it shows the mass of m of a body increases in proportion to its kinetic energy T. I hope this will help in your studies and gain more knowledge.

energy is anything that can be harnessed to do things, heat givein off by wires and friction is all considered energy, most of the time they are not composed of anything, EX. electricity, magnitism, heat.. etc

any thing that moves needs energy, or will create energy

A quantity that denotes the ability to do work and is measured in a unit dimensioned in mass × distance²/time² (ML²/T²) or the equivalent.
The amount of work one system can do on another that is, the capability of change brought out in one system by another

energy is the one thing that never is gone it can not be ended. if there is anything that God can not do and i don't know that there is but if there is it is to end energy . this may be the reason for eternal damnation.

ENERGY IS THE POWER TO MAKE MAKE DETERMINATE THINGS. TOO, ENERGY POTENTIAL CONVERTED IN ENERGY CINETIC. THE CAPACITY TO ILLUMINATE LOCAL AREAS. THE FORCE OF MAN TO INCREASE YOUR HABILITIES. THE TENSION WHO MAKE THE ELECTRICITY MOVE INTO THE CABLES TRANSFORMATED IN ELETROMACHINES ACTIVETED. THE POWER THE ATRACTION OR REPULSION OF ELEMENTS. FINALLY, EVERYTHING WHO GENERATE MOVEMENT IS ENERGY! GOOD LUCKY!
