Indian, with italian coming in a close second. Baklava is really really tasty though, and I almost want to say it makes greek the best. I've never had persian, or enough french to consider them though. Mexican and chinese can be good if they're done right. My taste buds object to thai. I don't know why, but they just do. Oh... and I like japanese as well, though the sushi not so much. Japanese cooks are awesome though, and they make far more than sushi.
