I guess that turns that little saying right on its head. But it was never true anyway. Of course, everything kills us eventually, whether it makes us stronger in the short term or not.

It might just make us nauseous... or, in my case, it just makes me fatter! Yes, that's why I need to lose weight, it didn't kill me but just slowed me down, LOL!
