Both of those statements are fragments. Try "Does anyone have it?"

If you are asking the question to determine if any person possesses something, it's "Anyone have it?" The word "does" is assumed, as it "Does anyone have it?"

"Does anyone have it?" is correct.
"Does anyone has it?" is not.

"Anyone" is singular. It takes a singular verb - i.e. "have".
