For about four months now I have been having swelling and tenderness in my right testicle. Is this serious? Can a Doctor or a person with some knowledge or experience in this area please help me?!

You should go and see a doctor as soon as you possibly can. Most likely it may be twisted a little, and has to be checked, but it could be something more serious like testicular cancer, although usually i hear that thats more of a distinct lump than a swelling, and you often vomit if you have TC. But you have to go and see a doctor immediatley to be sure.

happend to me once but i left it and it went away but do NOT do what i did go get it checked out .....the early bird catches the worm
