The woman needs to ovulate two eggs and then have sex with two different men fairly close together, like no more than a day apart.
The twins would be fraternal, never identical

Yes they sure can even triplets can, I was watching an amazing program the other day on the Discovery channel about multiple births, hey gave a really high figure percentage of how many twins actually have different fathers, its crazy I never though it could happen, but they explained it very well, you should try to find the multiple births show on the discovery channel website, its very interesting.

I don't know for sure but I think I saw a girl on maury povich who had twins with two different daddies hope ur not asking for the obvious reasons that would be a hard story to tell!!

If a womans body gives off two eggs and the woman has unprotected sex with two different men within a day or so of each other. One egg must be fertalized with one man's sperm, and the other egg fertalized with the other man's sperm.

Absolutely! If you released two eggs that month and had sex with two different men (during your fertile period) it is possible that each man could fertilize one egg -- thusly, each baby would have a different father.

my best friend know someone who had twins this way. the funny part is one is white, the other is black.

Yes, either double ovulation or egg splits. Sperm could fertalize. Interesting question.
