i took my ipod nano to school but i did not take it out of my back pack. When my mom picked me up i still had it in my back pack. When i went home I went to go download songs off of Lime Wire. Then when i checked my backpack again it was not there. My mom says she is not paying for another one but i need advise on this because this is really stressing me out, because i really do not know how i m going to get $199.99. I am so P-oed. I really need help on this!!

Someone probably stole it, but can you blame them? Downloading the music from limewire is stealing also, so it is actually karma, just try not be a thief and maybe things won't be stolen from you.
But to try and help you out a little bit, check with the office at the school and see if they anyone turned it into the lost and found, but you would be better off watching the other students to see if anyone else is playing with a new ipod nano that they "found" and take it to your schools administration about it. If the person that has it in their possession is known to steal or lie or be an all around trouble maker then chances are they will take your side on it and contact that students parents.

look through the car and look for it at school u could always but a used iPod on ebay or something like that for cheap. and save up money, or get a loan from ur mom so she'll buy it for u and u pay herback

Retrace your steps and look in your moms car! You coul go to ebay and get one for cheaper and also get a job tell your mom that you will pay half if she pays for half!
