explain numeral address of a site and how do i get it?

I believe you're talking about the IP address.

If so, go to

Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt

Enter ping

This gives you the numeral address for a website.

Some websites block ping, so this won't work.
This is to prevent ping flooding denial of service attacks.

Also, just because you get the numeral address, if the website uses dynamic IPs, this number will change repeatedly.
