It is important for kids...adults should know better...story telling may help if you are a child...your confidence level, as an adult is exactly what you make it...so make it rise...up to the Moon...just kidding...but I still think you can improve your confidence if you try...

However we tell or experience a story, whether with movement as in dancing or making love, or with words as in a song, poem, or theater. Or with a visual art, painting, photography. When we hear a story told it can be like a connection of our greater humanity, that stuff we share. I believe that we all have our own stories. Some show in the lines on our faces.
