I think you have it backwards........when you are in your 20's and 30's you are still 'considered' young. When you hit your 40's and are healthy and enjoying life--well the 40's are the new 20's. Now when you hit your 50's, pop culture has procured this age group to be the new 30's. So on and so forth.........LOL! So when you are 20something or 30something and you feel the need to play a board game or eat ice cream and corn dogs. Hang out at Chuckie Cheese and play at the arcade--enjoy...because when you hit your 40's and 50's...you can do it again and again as well!!!!!!!!!

All that means is that people in there 30's are looking better than before, they are eating healthier and working out really taking care of themselves because we know now more than we ever did before and people now are taking better care of themselves and a lot of 30's are saying they look better in there 30's than they did in there 20's thats all, so no 20's are still in there20's.

I doubt it , because as you get older they say it is the new younger age , but with children they say 8 is the new 13 , it is just peoples quest the young ones always want to be older , and the older always want to be younger , they are listening to people that say follow your dreams ,and it can happen , 8-10 years old dream of being 18 , most 30-40 year old people dream of being 21 again . just like how most teens think they have to live like a Hollywood star , because some nut said if it is your dream it will come true , but as in the real world it is not true , you have a better chance taking orders for customers , than you do being a Hollywood star . the young will get older just takes longer than they are willing to wait , and the older , well we are just going to get older ..the only way to stop getting old is to die younger , but that is one thing everyone is equal on , doesn't matter your color , religion , or sexual preference we all will die , no one gets out of this world alive ....

If so, then that must mean that the new 10 is 0, right?

No - it's all done logarithmically. Now twenty is about 3.14159 . . .(er, no, that's Pi, it's maybe 5/9 - 32, or + 32, or something. Or then again, maybe not).
