I have suffered two that I will never forget, the first was when I almost lost my right leg and the second was this whole week suffering with pain in my lower back to the point where I couldn't even get out of bed.

Hey girl! I hit the lip of a jump on my dirt bike and it sent me flying over my handlebars causing a compound fracture on my right arm. I landed on that arm and it punctured my left lung. Broken alot of things and that was the worst. Tonight is my last night on yahoo.

Day after my last knee surgery (two torn ligaments repaired and quadricep muscle re-attached to femur w/ pins), like a complete moron I thought I could just kind of flop myself up onto my bed from my crutches. When my leg hit the mattress I think that was the closest I've ever been to passing out from pain. Much, much worse than the injury itself.

When I hurt my back and it locked for a couple of days (and left me stuck on the floor for 24 hours) - it was weeks before I could walk properly and it's never been right since.
When I crashed a makeshift sledge into a tree at about 40mph and bent my knee backwards - that required surgery and guess what ? - never been right since
basically I'm a wreck

Mine is more like your second event.
I had costochondritis last year that resulted in constipation from the pain meds and my unregulated diet. It was so painful I was in fetal position crying. On a scale of 1-10, Id say it was 9-borderline-10.

PMS!! probably the worst thing.. for me that is.. i asked my mom whats more painful, PMS or having a baby and she said PMS. i dont know why but I get really bad dysmenorrhea, even if i exercise and change my diet. its just soo painful. i know its bad but i take like 4-5 tablets of 500mg Mefanemic Acid or pain reliever to ease the pain. Its gets so bad that I just lie on my bed crying =(

Physically, when I fell down a flight of stairs and couldn't move for 3 months, mentally the most painful thing was being looked straight in the eye, and lied to. I was to gullible...........

The most painful thing I ever felt was getting my nipples pierced and giving birth.
