The part about summation (I assume that is from the x-ray report) likely describes an artifact/erroneous finding.

You have had quite a bit of medical work-up = has a competent hands-on practitioner looked at you? Have a physcial therapist or osteopath examine you, look at how you move, and check you for joint restrictions in the thorax. This is a piece of the puzzle that family docs often overlook. You want a PT with some experience, as the chest is a tricky area to assess. You may want a PT who is board-certified in orthopedics (OCS after their name).

Go to APTA.org, click on "find a PT", and search your home area.

Good luck!

I have experienced the same thing you are. I had all the tests also. It was the bone scan and ct scan that showed I had compression fractures of the ribs. They are extremely difficult to find. Ask your doctor about it.
