It really depends on the employer and your attitude. As you don't have the expereince, you should be humble when you go for the interview and I believe you have a good chance if you can show the employer the right attitude.

The first thing that you should be doing is to look for a job where you are working with SAP. Secondly, you should look for an opportunity to work as an SAP business analyst. Finally, you should try to get your company to sponsor you for SAP courses.
If this does not work for you, get an MBA with an ERP concentration. Preferably, get the MBA while you are working for a company that uses SAP..
