The recent movie Shortbus includes more male nudity than any US movie I've ever seen. And they spend most of the movie using it, too!
Shortbus has recently become available from Netflix.

In "American Gigolo" there's the famous scene where Richard Gere does full frontal. No big deal.

I was shocked when I saw 'Frantic' with Harrison Ford. There was a fully nude scene where he stumbles out of a room. That was a long time back, but I remember it gave me the willies. (I know it's not fair, because it certainly doesn't creep me out to see women fully nude in movies, but it does men).
There's also a scene in 'Roadhouse' where Patrick Swayze jumps out of bed naked (only nude from behind).
Similarly, there's a scene in 'Tango and Cash' where both Sylvester Stallone and Kurt Russell are nude from behind.
Wow, all those are movies from the 80's. I don't think I've seen any recently that have nude men in them. And I think I would remember, as it always makes me uncomfortable. (I'm not homophobic, by the way, just prefer not to see men unclothed)
