Toll free numbers are still charged as airtime. Mobile Web has a monthly charge, plus the amount of airtime to transfer data to/from your phone.

To call tolll numbers listed above it just pulls airtime from your anytime minutes unless you have unlimited nights and weekends and are using it between those times (9:01pm -5:59a.m weeknights and 9:01pm Friday -Monday 5:59a.m)...the interenet is $5 monthly subscrition and pulls airtime while browsing on it ... if you have subscribe to VCAST ($15 month) mobile web is include with vcast and the airtime for mobile web is free.
