Future hall of fame pitcher. Needs 10 more wins for 300 career wins. Very classy guy. One time players rep of the players union. Basically a junk ball pitcher who made a career off his curve ball/ slider. Excellent off speed pitcher. Was the winning pitcher in the Braves only world championship in 1995. Braves won the game 1-0 off a David Justice home run.
Was a star hockey player and could have played in the NHL but picked baseball instead. Good choice! Glavine is a good interview and is very respectful to the fans as well as the media.

tom glavine is 10 wins away from 300 which he probably will get this year. he is a hall of famer and one of the most consistent pitchers out there. really the only bad thing i have to say about him is that he plays for the mets, and chose to play for the mets.

Tom Glavin is a pitcher who used to pitch for the Atlanta braves, i think he is a great pitcher but is at the end of his career.

I'm not a Braves fan but he was a vital key to all those winning seasons with them in the 90's. Possibly the greatest assembly of pitchers ever as far as longevity is concerned for 1 team. Year after year after year you kind of got sick of the Braves winning. Glavine is very much like Seaver back in his day.

Tom Glavine is a pitcher and a pretty good one at that. As far as my general feeling about him is he's a great pitcher when his whole career is examined and as far as him personally I precieve him to be an upstanding guy, not making sport center highlight for off-field reasons, which is alway good.

Only the Third best pitcher over the last 15 years, coming to the twilight on his career but still has a couple of good seasons in him and he plays for the second best team in New York , the METS

Glavine is one of the most overrated pitchers ever. He has good stats, and a lot of people probably think he should eventually be in the Hall, but if he could ever get the ball over the plate, he'd get hit like a red-headed stepchild. The umpires have always given him the strike 6" outside.

He was the face of the Brave's franchise for most of their streak of division titles, and their World Series win. He was one of the best pitchers in the 90's and even now in the 2000's he is doing pretty well. I think he will make the HOF in his first year of eligibility, but it will only be with like 77% of the votes.

TG is a satring pitcher of the NY mets. He has 290 wins. Most of the wins came from Atlanta Braves. He should be in the Hall of Fame after he retires for 5 seasons. He is not a strike out pitcher, but has good control of his pitches. He is about 41 yrs old, i think. He is left handed. He is a good guy. I dont recall any problems w/ wife or police.

He's a future Hall Of Famer? That really does live on the Black Lines. But he's good at it, too.
