Little Big Town has a killer debut CD. They keep getting nominations for it.
Also recommend Hanna McEuen (self-titled debut) if you never heard any of their singles. These two are sons of members of the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.
Hanna/McEuen had a hit called "Something Like A Broken Heart", and a CMTV video called "Ocean". The rest of the album is as good as the singles, which I cannot say for other acts. The song they should have released off this is "Blue Sunrise".

"Stand Still, Look Pretty" is great. it's by a new band called The Wreckers. Keith Anderson's debut CD "Three Chord Country and American Rock and Roll" is another good one.
