Take your finger out of your nose and rent a movie to distract yourself from the habit.
By the way: In fourth grade I learned from my teacher that boogers are basically just mucus mixed with the dirt and things in the air you breathe in. I don't know how she learned that or why she told us.

.Why when you empty your bladder does it fill up again? It's necessary for health reasons The body keeps producing what it needs. It needs mucous in the nose to stop you from sucking dust particles in your lungs. But here is a tip...stop picking it.

Because when you inhale air through your nose, it contains lots of tiny particles, like dust, dirt, germs, and pollen. When the particles and mucus clump together, you're left with bogeys and as you breathe every day all day, you get lots of bogeys but maybe you get more than others.

Why are people so uptight? Jesus christ.
Your nose is full again because your nose is naturally moist inside, and you are breathing in all the little particles of skin, dust, etc. It feels full pretty quickly if you do not have a wide passage.

i read somewhere that people who pick there nose and eat it get less colds and viruses than people who don't not sure i believe that thought

ummm yea cuz all the bacteria you sniff that you dont even notice builds up in your nose without you knowing and becomes a yellow/green sometimes red booger (Bacteria)

jeez...just because im answering this question..dont think i do it all the time ;) lol..anyways...its happens cause when you pick it...it gets all loose and watery..then it obviously gets wind and all stuff in it so it makes everything hard all over again!
