If you do not have firefox get it now and use it instead of internet explorer so you dont get any more spyware http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.com/

to remove the spyware run steps 1-2-3

1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot http://spywarekiller.hyperboards.com/index.php?action=view_topic&topic_id=4 do that now .Update it (Latest updates 21-3-2007) and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode

1b) Run AVG Anti-Spyware Free

There are four excellent freeware Antivirus programs and dozens of freeware antispyware programs.

AntiVir
AVG
BitDefender
Avast

I use AVG free and also have the paid version for my server. I have not had a virus in over three years.

For good free virus protection, try AVG Anti-Virus. It has done well with both my company and our customers. It automatically updates and scans, and catches virus a lot of the paid ones do not.

First of all,AVG is great, for virus protection.
I'm using it as we speak.
For your adware, spyware, and trojans, I recommend Lavasoft, Adaware, and Spy-Bot,and Search.
They are all free, and work very well together.
