I need some info to contact animal abuse shelters or something like that where they can go and pick the animals up.

Contact your local police department for information on getting a hold of animal control. They will come, investigate and seize the animals (if need be) and arrest/file charges if there is cause to do so. Thanks for being a good samaritan!

Well, that should be a no brainer. Call the police and animal control. What would you expect if some one knew o f abuse to you???

contact the police by a non emergency number or contact animal control, do it quickly the animals don't need to suffer
