run cold water over it, do not cover it as if the skin is damaged it will stick to the cover and tear off when u remove it.
While u r runnin the cold water ring ur doctor or the emergancy services if its a bad burn. Or get someone else in the house to call them.

Wet a towel with cool water and apply it to your leg after wringing it out well. Repeat as towel becomes warm. If you see it is going to blister, see a doctor. You may need a prescription for a preparation called Silvadene. Good luck!

First, say #%$#, then put nothing but some cold, clean water on it. If it has a blister, do not "pop" it purposely. Try a Tyelenol or Asprin ( pending allergies) later if it still hurts. Sorry, that hurts! Nothing but water!

PUT ICE ON IT!!! If it continues call a doctor or your health insurance they usually have RNs on call they can tell you more.
