a few years ago i got epa certified. when they sent me my test scores and certificate they sent me an offer so i could buy more copies of my certification, certification patches, and a copy of a certification on a plaque. now that i want it, i can't find it. do you know where i can go to get copies of my certification, certification patches, and a copy of a certification on a plaque? thank you all for your help.

I recieved all my EPA certs from Mainstream Engineering. Thay also offer all the items you mentioned.

My card was issued by Ferris State University, 1020 East Maple St., Big Rapids, Michigan 49307-1649. Phone-616-592-3774.
I got it when they first started issuing the tests, but I think they still sponsor the test.
You can also try ACCA if that gets you nowhere.
