Can you play multiplayer in the sims 2 pets for playstation?

I was wondering how you would get 2 player mode in the sims 2 pets anyone know how to acess this mode ,or if its even possible (its for playstation 2)

This is the only Sims game on playstation that doesn't have 2 player mode. Sucks.

I played the game, but could not ever find a way to do it. Sorry.
