It has the bank name that I use but in a city different than my local bank. And it also has my maiden name on it. Does this mean the creditor will take all my money? Or only other money that is deposited and not from my job? Does this mean my bank account is frozen or can I use the money that is from my job to pay my bills?
I need to file bankruptcy, but want to know how much time I have... Do I need to file immediately or can I wait a couple weeks (when I get all the paperwork together)?? I read somewhere that I have 14 days to file an Objection stating I've filed bankruptcy so that the creditor doesn't garnish the property or cash or wages.
Anyone, please advise.
