you need to call your internet provider for this

most are something like

mail.yourdomain.net for both

example

mail.yahoo.com

Your email provider (probably ISP or college or employer) can tell you the server addresses, you need outgoing (SMTP) and incoming (IMAP or the older, crappier POP).

If you use a web-based email service like yahoo or gmail it may or may not allow ths kind of access. I know gmail does, not sure if yahoo still does.

what is ISP? because that depends with what is your ISP..
if are setting it tp to your yahoo email address..

your incoming mail server should be pop.yahoo.com and your stmp server should be stmp.yahoo.com ....
