The answer has something to do with 10 raised to exponent minus 43 seconds ago. What has the question got to do with constand vibration in space & OM?

Actually, I have a feeling you are mixing up a few things.
If so, then what you are referring to as being minus 3 degree is actually 2.725 degree above absolute zero (2.725 Kelvin) and is the cosmic background radiation. It is the "echo" of the big bang.
Then, 10E-43 second is what is called the Planck epoch, that period after the big bang (a VERY short time) is when the quantum effect of gravity were significant.
