You're probably asking more about STD's and things, which that in itself answers your question.
Whatever you're thinking about doing, make sure you do it for the right reasons, and you take the proper precautions.

With proper protection. Yes. Use at least three forms. 1. a type of birthcontrol. 2. a type of condom (female or male) 3. spermicide
Get a condom with spermicide on it already and then you can use just two.
But to keep away from STD's and what not, condom is the best in it BUT they do break. So just both get tested and all is good :)
And yes, sex is safe and fun as long as you are safe about it.

i dont think sex is ever really safe, there are always alot of consequences and things that can come out of having sex, and you cant always stop things from happening..like pregnancy and std's...there are different ways of "protecting" yourself, but the effective thing is to not have sex at all..

In what regards??? Pregnancy...or STD's...or are you very young...of course it's safe if you use birth control, are with a monogamous partner, and are old enough to understand the level of intimacy and emotion involved...
