A conflict diamond (also called a blood diamond) is a diamond mined in a war zone and sold, usually clandestinely, in order to finance an insurgent or invading army's war efforts. Nongovernmental organizations have also alleged the use of these diamonds in financing the September 11, 2001 attacks.

basically means that a diamond has been mined from a country that is in a bit of economic state-for example-Sierra Leonne.There are lots of diamonds mined there but the money made from the diamonds that are mined is used for buying arms to fund a military coupe. A diamonds a diamond if you want it that bad.Money talks at the end of the day.and thats how it is.

A conflict diamond is also known as a blood diamond. This conflict/blood diamonds are diamonds that are harvested in Africa as well to fund wars in Africa. (Also can happen in other places but currently this is happening in Africa) They are also illegal but some people still purchase them.

Exploited by God Forsaking "Greedy" White people ( the market for diamonds is almost entirely WHITE)
