For hair on the upper lips and chin, waxing is the best. You can also try those hair removal creams. That's good too. Don't shave, it would make your skin rough and hair thicker. For eyebrows, I would recommend tweezing. You get more control on shaping your eyebrows.

Don't shave your eyebrows! It won't turn out right. You best bet for the eyebrows is probably tweezing. As far as the hair on your upper lip, just use Nair- it's cheap and all you have to do is put it on for a couple minutes, and the hair is gone. Hope this helps :-)

wax or tweeze your eyebrows, use nair for faces on your upper lip and chin. never shave your face. and never wax an upper lip because the skin is sensitive and some skin will most likely come off with the hair.

never shave an area unless you don't mind increased hair growth, thickness and darkness (aka a five o'clock shadow).....chin and upper lip ..wax it's quicker and easier....for your eyebrows i recommend tweezing ....it's a bit of torture but it's easier for me to get them completely even....tweezing however doesn't prevent it from growing back....if you find a way to do that let all us gals know about it....that would be awesome..!!! Good Luck !!

Do NOT shave any of it!!!

Shaving it will make it come back a little thicker, coarser and darker each time.

Waxing is best for upper lip or chin.
Unless you have one solid eyebrow, I'd say leave them alone.
Natural eyebrows are much better---look at Brooke Shields---she never did anything to her thick brows, and she is very beautiful!

Please please go to a salon and get waxed! Just let them take care of it! They can shape your brows by waxing and some tweezing and it's easy to upkeep. While you're there, the specialist can wax your upper lip and chin and any other hair you want removed from your face. It hurts a little, but it's worth it. Please don't shave or put chemicals on your face!

I would advise threading your eyebrows. It works really well; and the pain isn't that bad at all. It also lasts a couple weeks. fOr your upper lip, I would just bleach it. Waxing will cause it to grow back darker.

whatever you do don't shave! tweezing hurts! waxing hurts too, but not as much! threading is more expensive and it's harder to find a place to do it. i would go with threading if you can and then waxing.
