Rasengan is my opinion. It was shown in the first battle between sasuke and naruto. Rasengan does inner damage compared to chidori which is based more on outer damage.
ex: when naruto used it on kabuto he healed on the outside but was internaly hurt.
ex2: whn naruto and sasuke fought the two tanks they hit had holes representing the damage. Sasukes had a hole in the front while naruto had only a small hole in the front, then they showed the back of naruto's and in the back you could see a huge hole way bigger then sasukes.
Although after the 2 1/2 year leap sasuke seems to have gotten stronger by a lot and it may be possible that his chidori beacame stronger then naruto's rasengan.
The battle between Naruto and Sasuke when Naruto "lost" can not be counted. In the final blow of that battle sasuke atacks naruto, but naruto instead of atacking sasuke he marks his headbabnd (in the begining of battle sasuke declared naruto could not touch the headband.).

the more powerful one is the rasengan but i like the chidori better.
