i am getting pain around my waist upper buttocks area, what can it be?

its very painful and comes suddenly...it started yesterday and i have no idea why...can anyone help me?

no its not bloody or dark ..normal

Could just be cramps. Have you been sitting up straight or slouching a lot today? Both ways of sitting put pressure on the lower back.

Could be a kidney stone. Check your urine....Is it bloody or very dark?
