alright i have a story going and i have three names and there all the frist names they are

2.Chip
3.Drogo
now zavier is a crusified demon so i need a good last name for him and Chip is a detective that just gets caught at the wrong time so i just need a casual last name for him and Drogo is a mass serial killer who every one thinks is dead but isnt i need a sadistic last name for him...help if you can thnx

Just in terms of definition, you say Drogo is "mass serial killer". There is a difference between a "mass murderer" and a "serial killer".

A mass murderer kills a lot of people in one place, at one time (eg. The Columbine High School Massacre, The September 11th Attacks, The Oklahoma City Bombing).

A serial killer murders different, unrelated people, at different times, and has a "cooling off" period between each murder (a time when he commits no murders) that can last anywhere from hours, to days, to even years. Most serial murders are sexually motivated.

Maybe you could use a variation of a name between a "mass murderer" and a "serial killer". Don't think of a an evil name for him, most killers have very mundane, common names.
