Well think about it this way also - other than the fact that she may be crazy....
She has, from day one, bleached, dyed, and fried her hair.
Once you do as much damage to your hair as she has done to hers, it will eventually start to fall out. So in the light of her going to rehab, getting divorced, raising two babies on her own, she was probably stressed beyond belief, which in females, losing a considerable ammount of hair can happen.
So she probably just said hell with it and decided to start new.
But I still think she's crazy

Well maybe this is gossip but on TV they said that Britney was rebelling against her boyfriend(K.F). And he called her saying to not do anything rash. As a result, Britney shaved her head!

I feel kinda bad for her. She was in the spot light at such a young age. It would be a real pain in the butt having those morons taking pictures and bugging you day and night, everywhere you go. I hope she gets the help that she needs, so she can be a good mom to those kids.

some effects of drugs give you itching all over especially on the end. and inasmuch that she was under the influence, maybe she thought that shaving it would solve her problems. or maybe, when she was under the influence, she looked in the mirror and saw critters crawling all over her head. who really knows? i am sure she doesn't either....or maybe, did not even realize that she shaved her head until she was sober enough.

In some rehabs they teach it is absolutely necessary to deflate your ego.
So she shaved her head because she thought that her hair was her best feature.
