Traditionally, having a ring on the middle finger of the left hand indicates that you're single (and available!). However, many guys & just wear rings for fashion, without any specific meanings. So I wouldn't say that we can still read messages from people's jeweleries nowadays.

Nothing, the only finger with a ring on it that has any significance is the ring finger.
Everything else is just personal preference and a fashion choice!

I always wear my rings on that finger. I don't think it really means something.
I've heard somewhere that it means that you're single or something but i don't know if that's true. :)
