Yes, I have done so, many times.
I've actually accidentally threw away my husband's and his children's social security cards, his birth certificate and all IDs... needless to say, he was beyond pissed. He still talks about it sometime, and this was like 4 years ago.
I felt terrible, though.

Ummm yup all the time actually, lol.
Its sucks cause at that moment I dont care about it at all and throw it away then later on in the week, I end up needing it back and I get mad and frustrated then I have to go waste money and buy that thing again! UGH!

No. I keep stuff forever and a day. Well, it usually takes me 5 times as long to decide to finally throw out something, than it does for the average person. I'm a pack rat. Blame my grandparents who raised me and taught me to importance of holding onto thing. They grew up during the Depression.

I have done that before. Now I don't throw anything away if there's even a remote possibility that I'll need it later.

yyyyyyyyeeeeeeaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh. but the problem is you think you dont need it. so to avoid feeling bad for throwing it away i put it in the trash can for my room because i never throw my trash out.

Yes all the time. The best thing is when you forget you threw it away and start searching for it cause you know you have it.

I had this ONE shoe for like ever and I finally threw it away and then a week later I found the other one!!!!!
I was so mad!
