Which is the right way to write/say this:

Your friend and you are doing well
or
You and your friend are doing well

Spelling correction first:

It's "grammar", not "grammer"!

The second one is much better. Sounds more correct when you say it that way - the first one is really awkward.

I think there's a rule about this somewhere - its similar to saying "me and my friend are doing well", which is wrong - the correct form is "my friend and I are doing well"

You can use either form without any problem.
