Get some old jars or milk jugs (plastic is ok) poke some holes in it about the size of a pencil, then put a piece of meat and regular pop in the bottom. Place the jugs away from play areas and patios. The wasps and bees will go into the jug for the pop and meat, but they won't be able to get out. When you think it has done the trick (about a week or so) simply through it in the garbage and make another one to take it's place. This does work very well!
