I get 30 minutes, but I usually take 35-40. I go out to get it and bring it back and eat at my desk. I answer the phone while I'm eating, but the paperwork gets pushed to the side.

I don't get a break. I get paid extra each day for not taking one. It works out cheaper somehow than paying someone to cover me for an hour.
