None of the above. But
but in the early days of the univerise the first atom to be formed was hydrogen, hydrogen burning in stars leads to the form of other elements being produce. Hydrogen burning in stars produces produces helium and a greater %% of elements that have a mass divide by 4, in the later stages of the star other kinds of burning exist carbon burning, etc then the star dies and exploves (sometimes) it throws its elements out into the univerise.

That is not a valid question. All matter is made up of elements, and there are many more elements besides hydrogen, nitrogen, and oxygen. All elements are made up of atoms which contain protons, neutrons, and electrons. The question could be "all organic matter is made up of:", and the answer could be all of the above, but you would expect that to include carbon as well.

None of the above. Not all matter is composed of a,b, or c. It might have 1 of them, or none of them. You might want to go back and do a more thorough check of your chemistry book. If it says this or alludes to it, I would question it, severely.
