I would striongly reccommend going to your doctor. It sounds like your body is really trying to tell you something. You could have an ovarian cyst or something serious like that. Please see your doctor as soon as possible. Think of your period as a warning signal that your bodysends out to tell you that there's something weird in your body.

Some girls have a pattern of irregular periods which is normal for your body. Try & figure out your body pattern you may get your periods in 2-3 months or so . But yeah Its always better to refer a gynecologiest .

Excercise will always help if ur chums are getting delayed trying walking or some workout as & when possible . Piltaes & tummy workout helps anytime with irregular periods. Also keep Iron in your diet to make sure you are not anemic .

its not uncommon to be irregular with your periods and cramping is one thing, but if you are in pain and gaining weight that is another. i suggest you make an appointment with your doctor soon.. not trying to scare you but it could be something more serious than just an irregular period.

(unless you are miraculously carrying the next Christ child, i'm sure your not pregnant so you really need to get checked out.) take care of yourself and good luck

well first of all when did you get your period??? you probably know periods can be irregular at first. i have no clue why you are gaining weight, but its probably normal for your age. Plus the soreness is probably just cramps.

When you gain weight, the fat actually produces its own estrogen, so you may not get a period. I bet if you lost the weight your periods would return.

you need to talk to your mother or another adult female. Something sounds wrong and it is always wise to be checked by a Dr.
Could be endometreosis. (not sure on that spelling)
