I'm considering getting circumcised. I wanted to do it as an aniversery surprise for my wife because she is overseas and i will be able to heal b4 i see her again. I was just wondering what most women would think of this if their husband did it it. Does it make any sexual difference at all? Does it feel any different?

I would talk it over with my husband and make sure it is something that he definitely wants to do, Making sure that he is comfortable with both the pros and cons. If he decides that this is something he really wants, I would be happy and supportive. As for your situation, I think it is something that you should talk over with your wife. It could still be given to her as a gift for your anniversary minus the element of surprise. This way you will know exactly how she feels about it. Since you all are "married" you may find that she is happy with you that way you are. In my opinion, I would not make a decision like this with out discussing it with her first.
P.S. I have not noticed any physical difference between the two.

Do you have any idea at all how painful that's going to be? I wouldn't do it without asking her first, unless there's some medical emergency that would require it.
