Does anyone know the name of a new country song, about If the last thing you did is the last thing you do.?

The song is about a man leaving home and not saying goodbye and he almost gets in a car accident. He stops on the shoulder of the road and thinks about how he left, what he did, and if that was the last thing he would ever do.

The only song I can think of that sounds like it could be the one you're talking about goes:
"If I'd have known that I'd look back at my life and not like what I see, I'd have changed a lot of things starting with me."
